David Matson

David Matson is an experienced finance and tour leadership professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Tour Leader at HF Holidays since November 2022, David previously held significant roles in the financial sector, including Managing Director at IKB Fund Management from 1999 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed fund management for Bacchus Leveraged Loan CLOs and oversight of the London branch's acquisition finance. Prior to that, David was Head of Acquisition Finance at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and Assistant Director at NatWest Markets, focusing on leveraged loan investments and portfolio management. David's early career included a training program at Lloyds Banking Group, complemented by a robust educational background with a BA (Hons) in English from Emmanuel College, Cambridge, and a Master's degree in Political Economy from the University of Pennsylvania.
