Michelle Booth

Michelle Booth's work experience includes a role as the Executive Vice President, Administration at H.G. Fenton Company starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, General Counsel at the same company from July 2021 to June 2023. Before joining H.G. Fenton Company, Michelle worked as an Associate General Counsel at General Dynamics NASSCO from October 2019 to June 2021. Michelle also served as an Associate General Counsel at Petco from April 2018 to October 2019. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Attorney at DLA Piper from October 2013 to April 2018, and as a Corporate Counsel & Real Estate Manager at SAIC from April 2004 to January 2013.

Michelle Booth attended the University of Washington from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in American Ethnic Studies. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the California Western School of Law, focusing on the field of Law.
