Victor Morales

Victor Morales is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing business systems and IT infrastructure across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Systems at H.G. Fenton Company since September 2021, Victor oversees project management and the support of ERP systems and associated applications. Prior to this role, Victor held multiple positions at bkm Capital Partners, including Business Systems Manager and Associate Director of Technology, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure management, policy creation for scalability, and project management for new office openings. Additional experience includes serving as IT Business Manager at Hoya Surgical Optics, where Victor led global IT operations and implemented critical systems like SFDC CRM, and as IT Systems Administrator at Tuttle-Click Automotive Group, overseeing telephony and server management. Early career experiences include IT consulting at St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa, where Victor managed network systems and provided software support.
