Stefan Kogler has a diverse work experience in marketing and creative roles. Stefan started their career as the Vice President Director of Social Media Marketing & Content Distribution at Cossette Communication-Marketing in 2008. From there, they worked as the Director of Innovation and Social Media Engagement at DP+Company from 2009 to 2012. Stefan then joined Real Integrated as the Director of Digital/Social Marketing - New Business Development from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they also founded Power To The Grid, a digital/social media marketing initiative that provided training in employable skills to individuals with autism.
In 2015, Stefan joined the College for Creative Studies as an Advertising Design Adjunct Faculty, where they taught social media, television commercial production, and digital content creation. Stefan also worked concurrently as a Publisher/Editor In Chief at Great Lakes Post, a digital content platform empowering individuals with autism and special needs. At Great Lakes Post, they were recognized and credentialed by various organizations and secured sponsorships from notable companies.
Stefan's next role was as a Marketing/Creative Director at WingIts Innovations from 2018 to 2020, where they authored a strategic marketing plan and introduced new product innovations. Stefan then worked as a Marketing Strategy and Innovation Consultant at LaFontaine Automotive Group from 2015 to 2018, where they directed the company's marketing strategy and received national recognition for their sales performance.
Stefan also has experience in academia, serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Program Director at Oakland University from 2013 to 2018, teaching individuals with autism employable skills in social media and marketing.

Stefan Kogler has a diverse educational background, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Radio TV Film from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further studies in film by completing coursework at New York University in 1992. In the same year, they enrolled at Wayne State University once again and earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies in 1993. Stefan then expanded their expertise in the field of film and multimedia by attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where they obtained their MFA degree from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, they engaged in coursework towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Computer Interaction at Nova Southeastern University from 1998 to 2002.
