Dani Ivanova

Dani Ivanova, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at H.I.G. Capital since September 2024. Previously, Dani held the position of Head of Accounting Policy & Strategy at TPG from January 2022 to September 2024, focusing on technical accounting, transaction structuring, M&A transactions, SEC rules reporting, and fund accounting. Dani's extensive experience at PwC spanned from September 2010 to January 2022, where roles included Deals Experienced Director and Deals Manager in Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services, specializing in complex capital markets transactions and technical accounting advisory. Early career internships included roles at Walnut Capital Management, Laidlaw Holdings, and Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc., enhancing investment research and corporate finance skills. Dani earned a BBA in Accounting, Finance & Economics from Drury University and studied International Finance at Regents College London.
