Emeric Déramaux

Emeric Deramaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly focused on the Private Equity and Corporate sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Director at H.I.G. Capital since September 2016, and as Principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants since October 2011, Emeric has developed expertise in commercial due diligence, market entry strategy, business unit strategy, and M&A strategy.
