Fergus Power

Fergus Power is an experienced professional in the field of property valuation and management, currently serving as Valuations Manager at H.I.G. Capital since February 2023. Previous roles include Regional Director for Birmingham and West Midlands at Aitchison Raffety and Director of EMEA Valuation Advisory at JLL, where Fergus oversaw Pan-European commercial property valuations for various purposes including financial reporting and loan security. Additional experience includes positions at CBRE as Associate Director, DTZ as Associate Director, and Christie + Co as a leisure and licensed trade surveyor. Fergus began a career as a Residential Surveyor at J & E Shepherd/Harvey Donaldson & Gibson. Fergus is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
