Joe Nathan

Joe Nathan currently serves as the Director of Digital & Data Services at H.I.G. Capital since September 2020. Prior to this role, a period of gardening and home schooling was undertaken in April 2020. At Electrocomponents plc, from April 2017 to March 2020, Joe successfully implemented a comprehensive data strategy, built a skilled data team, and delivered a central data ecosystem in record time. Experience includes key contributions to digital transformations at News UK and The Economist, where significant improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency were achieved. Joe's earlier roles include statistician positions at the Department for Education and Marsh McLennan. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree with 1st Class Honours in Economics and Statistics from UCL (1992-1995).
