Kira Yugay

Kira is a Principal with H.I.G. Technology Partners (“HTP”) based in HTP’s New York office. She is responsible for all key aspects of the private investment transaction process, including deal origination, transaction structuring and negotiating, and post-closing portfolio company oversight.

Kira has private equity investing experience across a wide range of industries, including energy, general industrials, healthcare, and technology.

Prior to joining HTP, Kira was at Warburg Pincus and Greenbriar Equity Group, where she focused on control private equity investments. She has also held operating roles at healthcare services and healthcare technology companies. Kira began her career at Citigroup, where she advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.

Kira earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Columbia University and M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
