Ruth Brophy

Ruth Brophy, Senior Advisor. Ms. Brophy was H.I.G.’s Chief Financial & Administrative Officer until May 2018, a position she held since 2004.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Ms. Brophy was Senior Vice President and CFO for an international publishing company for twelve years. Previously, for ten years, Ms. Brophy worked as an audit and consulting senior manager for Arthur Andersen, a global public accounting and consulting firm, servicing Fortune 500 and middle market companies.

Ms. Brophy is a licensed CPA and a graduate of Fairfield University with an M.S. in Finance and B.S. in Accounting, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.
