Stephen Migdal

Stephen is a Principal in WhiteHorse Capital's San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, and execution of senior, unitranche, and second lien debt for private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.

Stephen has ten years of experience in leveraged finance primarily focused on middle market companies. Prior to joining WhiteHorse, Stephen was a Vice President at Medley Capital where he focused on executing middle market debt financings. Prior to Medley Capital, Stephen was an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey.

Stephen earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
