David Pino has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career as an Engineer in Training at Barnard & Thomas Engineers in 1975. David then moved on to work as a Vice President at Dawson Engineers from 1976 to 1988. Following this, they established their own company, LACON Engineers, where they served as the Owner from 1988 to 1990. David then joined AECOM as a Senior Vice President in 1990 and remained with the company until 2016. During their tenure at AECOM, they held the position of Director of Project Management at H. J. Russell & Company starting in 2016. In addition to their other roles, David also served as the President of International Aviation Consultants, L.L.C. from 2003 to 2016. David's extensive experience in project management and leadership positions makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

David Pino earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976. David has additional certifications in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering obtained in 1983 and 1980 respectively. In 2012, they also obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Georgia.
