Steven Jagels is an experienced elastomer engineer and technical sales manager with a strong background in the development of elastomer compounds and market strategies across various industries, particularly oil and gas. Currently serving as an Elastomer Engineer at HMH, Steven has previously held key positions at H.M. Royal, Inc., Precision Polymer Engineering (an IDEX Company), and Solvay, where responsibilities included managing technical sales, developing market strategies, and leading product development initiatives.
