Myra Xie has extensive experience in fashion design and technical design, currently serving as a Senior Tech Designer at HMS Productions since November 2010. Key responsibilities include creating tech packs for Cable & Gauge cut and sew knits, developing specifications with overseas vendors, and ensuring sample accuracy through effective communication. Prior roles include Freelance Designer at SOULSTAR CREATIONS, LLC and Designer at EQUALS 4, INC, where Myra managed seasonal design projects for renowned clients such as HSN and Bloomingdale's, and developed prints and concept boards. With early career positions as Assistant Designer and Flat Sketcher at various companies, Myra's foundational skills were established in garment specification and design communication. Myra Xie holds an Associate degree in Applied Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from the Shanghai Textile Engineering Institute.
