Andrew Szarejko

Andrew Szarejko is an accomplished academic and editor with extensive experience in political science. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Wartburg College since August 2022, Szarejko has also held the position of H-Diplo Editor for H-Net since August 2019. Prior roles include the Donald R. Beall Defense Fellow at the Naval Postgraduate School and Visiting Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Cincinnati. Szarejko's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Government from Georgetown University, where involvement as a Graduate Assistant occurred from August 2014 to August 2020, alongside internships at various reputable organizations including the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. Additionally, Szarejko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Miami.
