Pubudu Dissanayake currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at H One Private Limited since February 2024. Pubudu also led Group Corporate Planning and Strategy, managing corporate strategy, business planning, and mergers and acquisitions during tenure there. Previous experience includes a managerial role in Strategy & Corporate Planning at Suntel Ltd from September 2003 to January 2008. Pubudu holds an MBA in Management of Technology from the University of Moratuwa, alongside multiple fellow memberships in CIMA, and a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the same institution.
