Jay Campbell

Jay Campbell is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in store management, currently serving as the Flagship Store Manager at H.Samuel since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jay held various store management positions at The Body Shop from March 2014 to May 2022, including responsibilities for top-performing stores with significant turnovers. Jay's expertise includes driving sales, developing business performance, and training and retaining skilled staff. Jay also has a background in Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies, having earned a degree from the University of Roehampton between 2009 and 2011.
