Benjamin Pearl

Benjamin Pearl, M.S., is a Senior Wildlife Ecologist at H. T. Harvey & Associates since February 2023, specializing in project management for San Francisco Bay wetland projects and leveraging over a decade of experience in evaluating project impacts on sensitive species. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as Science Director at the San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory from March 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Plover and Tern Program, securing research funding, and collaborating with agencies to support the recovery of the Snowy Plover. Other notable positions include Plover Lead Biologist and Field Biologist, where Benjamin conducted surveys, managed internships, and monitored breeding activities.
