Jane Lien

Jane Lien is a Senior Ecologist at H. T. Harvey & Associates, with extensive experience in assessing biological resources and impacts for special-status species across various projects. Prior roles include positions at Sequoia Ecological Consulting, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and Transcon Environmental, where Jane performed field surveys, managed compliance monitoring, and conducted impact analyses for numerous special-status species. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Science from Oregon State University and has completed postbaccalaureate studies in Aquatic and Fishery Science and Wildlife Science at the University of Washington. Additionally, Jane has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Grinnell College and has participated in multiple training programs related to wetland delineation and coastal ecosystems.
