Jochen Straub is currently the Vice President of R&D Stack at H-TEC SYSTEMS, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Jochen served as the Head of Electrolyzer Stack Development at Siemens Energy from 2020 to 2024 and was the Head of R&D Hydrogen Solutions at Siemens from 2016 to 2020. Jochen began their career as a Project Manager in R&D Electrolyzers and later worked as an R&D Project Engineer in Corporate Technology at Siemens. Jochen is pursuing a Dipl.Ing. degree at Universität Bayreuth.
