Karthik Dayala

Karthik Dayala began their work experience in 2012 as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture in India. Karthik held this role until 2016 when they joined Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, Karthik specialized in MS Dynamics CRM and played a developer role in a project focused on customizing the application. Karthik also led individual projects, gathering requirements from clients and proposing solutions. In 2020, Karthik joined H-Town Technologies Inc. as an MS Dynamics CRM 365 portals developer.

Karthik Dayala obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Maths from Osmania University, Hyderabad from 2005 to 2008. Karthik has also received additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization and Configuration from Microsoft in October 2018 and April 2018, respectively.
