Joseph Matlock is an experienced bartender with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Since May 2019, Joseph has been working at The h.wood Group. Prior to this role, Joseph gained valuable experience at Mercer Street Hospitality from June 2017 to May 2019 and at The ONE Group from July 2016 to January 2019. Joseph also served as Bar Manager and CMS at Locanda Del Lago from September 2007 to January 2016. In addition to extensive professional experience, Joseph has a Level 1 qualification in wine, cocktail, and service from the Court of Master Sommeliers, completed between 2015 and 2016, and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Santa Monica College, earned from 2008 to 2010.
