Beatriz Nascimento Teles

Beatriz Teles is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager and Team Lead in Data Research at H1 since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading a data team focused on Latam data, project management, and collaboration with engineering to improve data ingestion processes. Prior to this, Beatriz held positions as a Research Data Analyst at H1 and as a Research Intern at the International Crisis Group, contributing to the analysis of data and production of publications on political issues. Beatriz also has a background in academia, having worked as a Researcher PhD Candidate at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and as a Teaching Assistant at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Beatriz's earlier experience includes financial management as a Financial Controller at Accor, where oversight of treasury activities and mentorship of junior staff were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social History of Political Relations and a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication and Media Studies.
