Luke Hanscom

Luke Hanscom is a seasoned professional in the lending and sales sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Lending at H1H2 Capital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Luke held the position of Regional Sales Director at Fund That Flip, Inc., where responsibilities included managing market-leading loans for fix-and-flip, new construction, and rental properties from November 2020 to March 2023. Previous experience also includes serving as a Commercial Account Manager at Harvey Building Products and as an Outside Sales representative at Pella Windows And Doors of Boston, NH, ME. Luke is an alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University.
