David McDougall

David McDougall has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations management. David is currently the Head of Logistics at H2 Green Steel, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Logistics Operations Manager at John Sisk & Son Ltd from June 2020 to January 2023. David also held the same role at Virgin Limited Edition from February 2019 to April 2020. Before that, David was a JV Logistics Operations Manager and a Transport and Logistics Operations Manager at Balfour Beatty plc from November 2017 to February 2019 and from June 2016 to November 2017, respectively. David also has experience as a Logistics Consultant, Logistics and Transport Operations Manager, UK Geomarket Logistics Manager at Schlumberger, Iraq Country Logistics and Supply Chain Manager at ARDEN SECURITY LTD, and as a Quality Assurance Manager at Timeless Technologies Inc. David began their career as a Long Haul Logistics Operator at Bulk Carriers (P.E.I) Limited in April 2009.

David McDougall studied Business Administration and Management, General at Salisbury College from 2007 to 2008, earning a Higher National Diploma. In the same year, they also obtained a PRINCE 2 certification in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management. Additionally, they became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (FCILT) in 2012 and an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI) in 2007.
