Previously, they owned their own law practice as the President of Craig B. Greenfield Attorney At Law PC, specializing in health law and general counsel support for various businesses. Additionally, they have served as an Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Arbitration Association.

In recent years, Craig has held various legal roles in the healthcare field. Craig B. has been the Chief Legal Officer for the Family Service League of Long Island, and has served as Counsel for H2 Health, Centivo, Vital Care Infusion Services, and Oshi Health. Currently, they are the General Counsel for Professional Physical Therapy. Later, from 1985 to 1988, Craig attended New York Law School, completing their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Health Law and also earning the American Jurisprudence Award.
