Holly B. Smith

Holly B. Smith is President and one of the founders of H2. She has 16 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, program management, project management, and consulting. She is a masterful facilitator and accomplished Balanced Scorecard practitioner. Before establishing H2, Ms. Smith worked for the global business and technology consulting company BearingPoint, where she specialized in managing and implementing performance management and organizational change management projects. During her consulting career, Ms. Smith has managed multiple large performance management projects within the Department of Defense. She has also led multiple project teams in Strategic Planning/Performance Management process development and the creation of the organization’s Performance and Operational Architecture.

Ms. Smith holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, and a Master’s degree in Business Education from Southern New Hampshire University.
