Arthur Giraud

Arthur Giraud is an experienced legal professional specializing in renewable energy, particularly in the wind sector. Giraud has been with H2air since September 2017, holding various legal roles, including Responsible for Legal Affairs regarding connections, new uses, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), and serving as a legal advisor for wind development. Prior to H2air, Giraud served as an assistant to the court in the Chambre commerciale - Cour d'appel d'Amiens and has teaching experience in constitutional law at Université de Picardie Jules Verne. Giraud's legal career began with an internship at H2air SAS in 2015. Giraud's academic credentials include multiple Master’s degrees in law, focusing on agricultural economy law, property law, European law, and territorial administration, all obtained from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
