Heather Holst-Knudsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather is currently the CEO and Founder of H2K Labs, a revenue intelligence and growth partner for B2B Media, Events, and Digital Information businesses. In this role, they help customers achieve peak performance and growth by providing real-time forecasting and actionable insights through machine learning.

Heather is also an Advisor at Kickback and Feathr, where they offer their expertise and guidance to these organizations. Additionally, they are a Member of the Sales Enablement Society, where they actively contribute to the community.

In the past, Heather held the position of Head of Global Alliances NA/Consultant at Edflex, where they were responsible for managing global alliances and provided consultancy services. Heather also served as Head of North America (Consultant) at Gleanin, a company that helps exhibition organizers increase attendance through social web leveraging.

Furthermore, Heather Holst-Knudsen has a strong passion for fostering entrepreneurship among young people. Heather was the Chairman of the Board and Founder of the KidBacker Foundation for Entrepreneurship, a non-profit organization that aims to remove obstacles for young entrepreneurs. Heather also served as Chief Executive Officer & Founder of HatchPad, a social learning network and collaboration platform for young entrepreneurs. Under their leadership, HatchPad provided a platform for students to collaborate on business projects, connect with peers, and find mentors and funding opportunities.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Heather founded and led Manufacturing Executive Communications, Manufacturing Leadership Council, and Manufacturing Leadership Summit. Heather also played a significant role in the success of Manufacturing Enterprise Communications and Managing Automation Media, where they held various leadership positions.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth, fostering entrepreneurship, and providing valuable insights and guidance to organizations.

Heather Holst-Knudsen has a diverse education history. Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science in Italian, Spanish, and Art History from Georgetown University. Heather has also completed a course in Data Monetization Strategy: Creating Value Through Data from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2022. Additionally, Heather pursued a Master's degree in Publishing from NYU School of Continuing Education. Prior to their higher education, they received their high school diploma from Morristown-Beard.
