Trent Dolphin

Trent Dolphin is currently the Director of Federal Sales at H2O.ai, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Trent served as Regional Sales Manager for ACT & Federal Government at SentinelOne from January 2022 to March 2025, where leadership was demonstrated in developing crucial partnerships and managing significant customer contracts. Trent's experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Accounts at Tanium and as Defence Account Director and Federal Account Director at McAfee, contributing to substantial year-over-year growth and receiving recognition as a Presidents Club recipient. Earlier roles included Federal Account Manager at IBM, covering security and software solutions for the Australian Federal Government and New Zealand, and business development in key federal portfolios. Trent holds an MBA with a Marketing Major from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Wine Business from the University of Adelaide.
