Bill Douglass

Bill Douglass has over four decades of experience in the operations and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Director of O&M at H2O Innovation since July 2016, Bill has held leadership positions in various companies, including Senior VP & Managing Director at UTILITY PARTNERS LLC and Vice President at SUEZ. Bill's career began with the United States Air Force as an Operations and Maintenance specialist, leading to roles in municipal and private sector water companies. Bill holds a degree in Environmental Science from San Bernardino College.
