Frédéric Dugré graduated in 1996 from Laval University in Quebec City with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Dugré has more than 20 years of experience in the management, financing, and business development of publicly traded companies. His expertise in financing, business development and marketing of clean technologies as well as his passion for water treatment has greatly contributed to H2O Innovation’s growth.
