Gal Tamir

Head of systems Development group at H2Pro Ltd. at H2Pro

Gal Tamir has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they held a student position at ICL Group. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Teaching Assistant at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they provided final project guidance for bachelor's students and taught the courses Introduction to Chemical Engineering and Selected Processes in the Chemical Industry. From 2016 to 2017, they were a R&D Fuel Cell Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Multidisciplinary Team Leader at POcelltech. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Systems Development Group at H2Pro Ltd., where their team is responsible for scaling up the company's innovative alkaline electrolyzer technology from the research stage to commercialization, as well as overseeing all system-related aspects including safety, design, construction, commissioning, and routine testing.

Gal Tamir received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2013, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering from the same institution in 2015.
