Lanre Banjo, MBA, CPA, FCCA has a varied and extensive work experience. Lanre is currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at H2Safety Services Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at PwC where they held various roles, including Experienced Manager, Corporate Finance Planning & Transactional Advisory. In this role, they led financial management and strategic advisory engagements, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions. Lanre also worked as the Manager, Corporate Finance Planning & Transactional Advisory at PwC, where they focused on deals origination and execution for multinational clients. Lanre also supported distressed M&A transactions and conducted commercial due diligence assignments in Sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining PwC, Lanre served as the Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Operations at Sankore Investments in 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Blockchain Analyst - Innovation Projects at Strate (Pty) Ltd. Lanre's early career includes roles at GTBank, where they were the Team Lead - Corporate Finance - Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Senior/Associate - Corporate Finance and Strategy - Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking. At GTBank, they gained experience in financial statement analysis, client relationship management, and deal structuring across various industries.

Lanre Banjo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Financial Risk and Investment Strategy from the Schulich School of Business - York University. Additionally, they have obtained another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, focusing on Globalisation, Internationalisation, Strategy Competitiveness & Innovativeness. Lanre also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U). Banjo is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and has received the Chartered Public Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Furthermore, they have additional certifications as a Business Advisor from the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa (IBASA) and as a Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA.
