Max Thompson

Max Thompson has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Max started their career as a High Performance Coach at Alberta Ski Jumping & Nordic Combined in 2008, where they coached top-level high school-aged athletes in ski jumping and Nordic combined. Max was responsible for planning and budgeting equipment, venues, travel, and assistant coaching staff. In 2009, they became the Head Coach at the same organization, a role they held until 2012.

In 2012, Max joined Nordic Combined Ski Canada as the National Team Head Coach, a position they held until 2013. During this time, they provided coaching and training to the national team.

From 2013 to 2015, Max served as the Head Coach at Altius Nordic Ski Club, where they developed and implemented coaching programs for the club.

Most recently, Max has been working as a Sales Manager at H2Safety Services Inc. since 2015.
