Jim Goodheart has over 35 years of work experience. Jim began their career in 1986 as a Senior Regional Field Service Specialist for Nova Biomedical. In 1999, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific / Matrix Technologies as a West Coast Automation Service Engineer. In 2007, they became the US Field Service Manager for Serveron. In 2010, Jim returned to Nova Biomedical as the Western Regional Service Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Technical Support Manager / Training Manager for Qualitrol. In 2021, Jim was hired as the Business Development Manager for Reinhausen Manufacturing, Inc. and is currently employed as Manager - Customer / Technical Support for H2scan Corporation.
Jim Goodheart obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hydrology from the University of New Hampshire.
