Jonathan Hughes

Jonathan Hughes has over two decades of experience in operations and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as National GM of Operations at H3C Plus since January 2016, Jonathan also holds membership with the Australian Institute of Project Management since January 1999. Prior roles include General Manager Operations at NeXT Security and KINGS SECURITY SYSTEMS LIMITED, and Project Manager at Mulpha Australia Ltd, where Jonathan oversaw significant development projects. Earlier experience includes a Design Manager/Project Manager role at Mirvac, focusing on design standards and project efficiency. Jonathan holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from UNSW, complemented by an Advanced Diploma of Land Engineering from TAFE NSW.
