Jinshui Xu

Jinshui (Jim) Xu has over two decades of experience in IT leadership and project management, currently serving as the IT Department Head at New H3C Group since April 2015. In this role, Jinshui successfully led the transition of New H3C to independent operations, reducing TSA applications significantly while driving digital transformation through advanced technologies such as big data and AI. Prior experience includes serving as Head of IT at Unis Huashan Technologies, where Jinshui built IT teams and infrastructure, and held various leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, including global practice head, managing large teams and delivering numerous complex projects across multiple regions. Jinshui holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
