New hire 3 is currently a back-end developer at H3Mart. Prior to this, they were an area sales manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited from September 2021 to April 2022. There, they were responsible for creating multiple channel sales partners for sales of paid subscription packages, ensuring team hiring to meet budgeted numbers, close tracking and monitoring of input KPIs, providing due training and hand-holding of all stakeholders, maintaining regular connects to overcome day-to-day challenges, and aligning with and looping back to the product and data team to help improve quality, productivity, and overall process efficiency. Before that, they were a sales manager at Hyperpure from June 2018 to September 2021.
