Shanu Thakur

Shanu Thakur is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at Procuzy since January 2025. Previously, Shanu worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Next Big Innovation Labs®, where significant contributions were made to the recruitment process, hiring over 50% of the workforce while collaborating with upper management to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Prior to that, Shanu held the position of Technical Recruiter at Biz Staffing Comrade Pvt Ltd, mastering end-to-end recruitment for various technical roles. Shanu began the career as a Technical Trainee at PinE Training Academy of VLSI & Embedded, gaining knowledge in multiple programming languages including C, C++, Python, Verilog, and System Verilog. Shanu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Inderprastha Engineering College and a Diploma in Digital Electronics from Kasturba Gandhi Degree & PG College for Women.
