Floyd Sipe has over 30 years of experience in the creative field, with a focus on branding and design. Floyd is currently the VP, Associate Creative Director-Art at H4B Boston, where they oversee creative projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Group Art Supervisor at H4B Boston. Before joining H4B Boston, Floyd worked at Think Floyd for 15 years, where they held the position of Creative Director / Senior Art Director. At Think Floyd, they applied strategic thinking to integrated branding solutions and managed teams. Additionally, Floyd has experience as a Senior Art Director at PreVision Marketing, Associate Creative Director at Rapp Collins Worldwide, and Senior Art Director at Carlson Marketing Group. Overall, Floyd has a strong track record in delivering creative solutions and driving success for startups and small businesses.

Floyd Sipe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: NY and Other Managers V3.4" from Traliant in February 2022 and "USPS Direct Mail" from the United States Postal Service.
