Ivan Kelley

Ivan Kelley has a diverse work experience in building engineering and facility maintenance. Ivan started their career at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2004, where they worked as an HVAC Mechanic and later as a Lyophilization Senior Tech. At Boehringer Ingelheim, their responsibilities included operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, performing calibration checks, and ensuring proper environmental conditions in the production area.

In 2013, Ivan joined Viox Services as a Facility Maintenance Mechanic, where they performed routine building maintenance tasks. Ivan then worked at Lincoln Property Company from 2014 to 2016, again as a Building Engineer, handling various maintenance tasks.

From 2016 to 2018, Ivan worked at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly known as DTZ, in the role of a Building Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for routine building maintenance tasks.

Most recently, Ivan joined H5 Data Centers in 2018 as a Building Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in building maintenance.

Ivan Kelley has an associate's degree in Environmental Studies from Vatterott College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Ivan Kelley is currently pursuing a degree in Visual Communications with a focus on Graphic Design at Cuyahoga Community College since 2014. The end year for their studies at Cuyahoga Community College is not yet specified.
