Joseph Lance Walker

Joseph Lance Walker has extensive experience in data center operations and facilities management. Joseph Lance currently works as a Data Center Facility Manager at H5 Data Centers, where they are responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of an 85,000 SF critical facility. Joseph Lance oversees the maintenance of various critical systems, such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, chillers, and fire suppression systems. Joseph Lance also manages sub-contractors and vendors.

Prior to their current role, Walker worked at CHRISTUS Health as a Program Manager of Data Center Operations from 2012 to 2018. In the Air Force, they held various positions related to electrical systems and project management. Notably, they led teams in surveying, planning, and coordinating projects for maximum efficiency. Joseph Lance also supervised the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power systems for specialized operations.

Additionally, Walker has been involved with IDCA - International Data Center Authority, where they served as a member of the Technical Standards Committee.
