Ella Li, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader in the healthcare venture capital space, currently serving as a Founding Partner at H7 BioCapital since January 2023. With extensive experience in investment and acceleration, Ella is also an Advisor for Life Science Deals at Pegasus Tech Ventures and a Venture Partner at Network VC. Previously, leadership roles included CEO at Hanhai BioLabs and ZGC Capital Corporation, where significant achievements involved fostering unicorn companies and overseeing North American operations. Ella's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Diabetes & Metabolism Disorder from UT Health San Antonio and advanced studies at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, complemented by degrees from Peking University.
