Sales and Commercial Operations

The Sales and Commercial Operations team at Haad Thip PCL is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives across various distribution channels in the southern provinces of Thailand. This includes managing traditional trade (TT), direct store delivery (DSD), wholesale, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), telesales, vending, and sales capabilities. The team also focuses on maintaining relationships with key accounts, modern trade channels, and indirect distribution. Their efforts ensure efficient and effective distribution of Haad Thip's products, maximizing market penetration and customer satisfaction.
