Ray Ghorbani, PhD, PE, is a highly experienced Structural Forensic Engineer currently at Haag Global since July 2022, previously working in the same role at EFI Global from April 2019 to July 2022. With a solid foundation in structural engineering, Ray has held senior positions including Senior Bridge Engineer at Civil Engineering Consulting Services (CECS), Inc., and Structural/Forensic Engineer at Chao and Associates, Inc. Noteworthy contributions include designing and analyzing a wide range of structures such as bridges, industrial facilities, and residential buildings, along with conducting investigations into structural damages and failures. Ray's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of South Carolina, complemented by a Master’s from Sharif University of Technology and a Bachelor’s from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
