Jules Pare

Jules Pare is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Haakon Industries Ltd. since July 2022, specializing in the design of custom air handling equipment using various software tools. Previous experience includes serving as a Battery Research EIT at the University of Victoria, focusing on testing and characterization of lithium-ion batteries, and leading a team at UVic Formula Hybrid to a second-place finish in the international competition by overseeing the design of a hybrid-electric vehicle. Additional roles include working as a Machining Assistant at the University of Victoria, producing parts for research projects, and as a Test Engineer at Corvus Energy. Jules Pare holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
