Needed is currently a Quality Assurance Officer at HAART. Prior to this, they worked on a Netflix show called My Unorthodox Life, and before that, they were a bestselling author of the book Brazen. From May 2016 to July 2018, Needed was Creative Director at La Perla, and before that, they were the Founder and Creative Director of Julia Haart from January 2013 to October 2016.
