Benjamin Sinaiko

Software Engineer at HAAS Alert

Benjamin Sinaiko has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 with Mercuria Energy Trading, Inc. where they held the roles of Rail Logistics and Operations, and Risk Officer and Crude Oil Scheduler. In 2017, they completed the intensive, 4-month Actualize coding bootcamp and became a Web Developer. During this time, they contributed to an open source project and created a live website mockup tool. In 2015, they founded Ven.u, a live music discovery and companion app for concertgoers in the Chicago area. Benjamin grew the company from an idea to a working beta, live in the App Store. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at HAAS Alert.

Benjamin Sinaiko has a diverse educational background, having completed an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from DePaul University, and a Full-Stack Software Development program from Actualize Coding Bootcamp. Benjamin also attended the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
