Claudia Johnson

Claudia Johnson has extensive experience in maintenance coordination and support within high-pressure environments. Currently serving as a Service Contract Support Specialist and Service Coordinator at Haas Automation, Inc. since August 2016, Claudia reviews maintenance reports for CNC and Lathe machines and manages work schedules for 27 technicians. Prior to this role, Claudia was a Maintenance Coordinator at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included validating and documenting work performed on US Navy ships, as well as presenting work production to senior executives. Claudia's career began in the US Navy as an Aviation boatswain's mate Equipment 2nd Class, managing the operations of a team on an aircraft carrier. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, expected to be completed in December 2024, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Grossmont College.
